Happy 2014 all you fashionistas!!!Hope it will be a glamorous one for you with more fashion “hits” than “misses”!(LOL) I reminisce on how I used to write at the beginning of the year, as a college student, all the items I needed to have before year end; a new clutch bag, a new fashion ring etc, it was fun pursuing those with a lean budget! Older and wiser now, I think that fashion evolves, maybe not as fast as technology, but it does change. So below are some items I’m loving now, all neutral colours!!! I am seriously crushing on the the nudes, the rose pinks, dusty pink etc. Hope to inspire someone…..check some of my favourite neutral coloured items!!!

So you spent all of 2013 doing each and everything expected of you. You even put in extra hours and surely the evaluation should be good right? Well today I would like to share a few tips on how to prepare for your performance evaluation. I would like to stress at this point that in 2014 I would like to focus more on the things that you yourself are able to influence and do something about and these tips are well within the control of anyone being evaluated.
